1-All sales are subject to a dealer Administration fee of $185 and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based on .002103 of the purchase price,39.95 State Inspection Fee,Documentary Fee $50, and a dealer service fee of $115.

2-Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax and registration. Out of State buyers may register in their home state.

3-Deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle fails to meet customer expectations or financing does not Qualify.

4-Miles posted in this listing may vary slightly do to local test driving,in- transit repairs,or road testing.

5-As above, please keep in mind that no used vehicle is perfect, expect some normal cosmetic and mechanical wear.

 6-We require a deposit of $500 through PayPal within 2 business days after the end of auction. We accept credit cards, money order, cashier's check, and personal checks (must clear before release of vehicle). The remaining balance (USD) must be paid in full within 7 days after the end of auction in the payment methods listed.

7- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All vehicles are sold in their "AS IS, WHERE IS" Condition with no warranties implied or stated. We reserve the right to cancel an auction with no prior notification as wel as reserve the right to refuse the sale of any item.
